I was pretty fat in my early 30s; I started seeing a personal trainer, playing soccer, and just found ways to move around more. I was close to 300lbs at one point, just sitting around eating whole pizzas and playing video games. Just eating poorly and being sedentary.⠀

My mom worked a lot, and we took easy food options, not necessarily good food options. I dieted a lot to lose weight for the Navy, but after that I was just eating whatever I wanted. Now, I still play plenty of video games, but I cook a lot more, I move a lot more. Sometimes I'll buy a bag of chips or something, and I can barely eat them anymore, just a few and I'm done. I'm in better shape than I've ever been and I just feel way way better.
